Senior Consultant, Tribal Healthcare - Remote

Overview

A Senior Consultant at Indigenous Pact will work closely with consulting project leads and clients to enhance healthcare accessibility and equity for Tribal Communities.

In Short

• Support client engagements by identifying needs and challenges.
• Execute project plans and manage day-to-day client interactions.
• Analyze data and develop insightful recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of client presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with project teams and consultants.
• Support business development activities.
• Contribute to the development of methodologies and best practices.
• Work remotely with occasional travel (up to 25%).
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement.
• Promote health equity for American Indians and Alaskan Natives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of relevant consulting experience.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Experience working with Tribal communities is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
