• We are looking for a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in digital transformation projects in the health sector.
• The position involves supporting various projects including Electronic Health Records, Primary Care, Telemedicine, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Advising on ICT solutions to improve health service organization and management.
• Identifying and analyzing client needs in health information management.
• Collaborating in the implementation of top-level digital transformation projects in health.
• Proactively suggesting strategies and alternatives to achieve project objectives.
• Monitoring projects to ensure quality standards and resolve issues.
• Preparing reports on project status and results evaluation.
• Working in a hybrid model (remote/on-site).
• Offering continuous training and flexible working hours.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Process analysis skills.
• Client communication skills.
• Experience in health sector projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Safe).
• Valuable experience in health technology projects.
• Knowledge of health interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, OpenEHR, OMOP.
• Familiarity with health classification systems (SNOMED, ICD).
• Technical and functional knowledge of clinical health systems.
• Knowledge of integration engines and health-specific applications.
• Other technological knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, AI, Data).
