Senior Healthcare Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Healthcare Consultant is responsible for driving consulting services revenue growth by developing strategies, analyzing intricate business challenges, managing complex projects, and providing effective strategies and solutions. The Senior Healthcare Consultant will oversee project deliverables, maintain quality standards, and lead cross-functional teams while ensuring client satisfaction and serving as the primary client liaison.

• Partner with other MCG Health divisions to align services and solutions, offering integrated approaches to client challenges.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and client solutions.
• Translate client needs into tailored solutions that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders at the director and executive levels.
• Deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate results and recommendations effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare consulting or a strategic role within the healthcare industry.
• Experience working in or collaborating with a leading consulting firm, healthcare provider, payer, or technology organization.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and generating revenue.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, policies, regulations, and industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), CRM software, and data visualization platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
• Expertise in strategy development, operations, organizational change, and process improvement.
