Overview

As a Technical Integration Specialist on the Strategic Alliances team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between MCG product vision and technical implementation with different systems and technologies, driving the user experience within partner ecosystems.

In Short

• Lead integrations and technical conversations during partner integration projects.
• Schedule partner integration meetings and manage questions via email.
• Support annual partner technical and clinical reviews.
• Maintain and review partner integration versions in Salesforce.
• Provide App Market application leadership and coordination.
• Track integration project plans in project management software.
• Become an expert in MCG technical guides.
• Support teams that maintain the internal source of truth for partner integrations.
• Provide support for client in-house integrations.
• Leverage interpersonal skills to interact with partner resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar experience.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT integrations.
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.).
• Experience integrating with EMR and Medical Management Systems.
• Solid understanding of technical concepts related to APIs and data security.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communicator with technical and business teams.
• A passion for innovation in healthcare.
