Overview

The Technical Integration Specialist will assist customers in improving their search experiences by integrating with our services, requiring strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in customer or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of web services and APIs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented and committed to customer support.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: experience with JavaScript and open source libraries.
• Bonus: familiarity with A/B testing and network request routing.
• Able to support customers between 5am and 1pm UTC.
