Staff Platform Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Establishing careful and high-quality practices and processes.
• Building out a suite of cloud infrastructure to support new AI, ML, NLP, and other data science services and applications.
• Supporting ad-hoc cloud infrastructure projects.
• Coordinating with MCG’s team of architects to ensure solutions are aligned with MCG’s architectural best practices and security requirements.
• Hands-on experience managing complex infrastructure with code.
• Operating services in Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with securing cloud environments.
• Experience with compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO-27001, etc).
• Helping junior team members and collaborating with peers.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7).

Requirements

• Experience with Databricks, Flyte, and/or FastAPI is a plus.
