Staff Platform Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Platform Engineer at Fiddler, you will contribute to a next-generation developer platform powering responsible AI.

In Short

• Build self-service infrastructure for quick and reliable code deployment.
• Manage a container-based model-serving platform across multi-cloud and on-premise environments.
• Operate and optimize infrastructure components including compute, networking, and storage.
• Own the development experience for customers including CI/CD and documentation.
• Automate processes for increased efficiency.
• Establish monitoring and health reporting for infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities for services overseen.

Requirements

• B.S or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of backend, DevOps, or systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies (EC2, VPC, etc.) or similar cloud services.
• Proficiency in Python and infrastructure management tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline and build tools like GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with standard Linux distributions.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Significant experience managing Kubernetes clusters and Docker images.
• Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery design techniques.
