Overview

The Solutions Architect, Customer Success at Fiddler will ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes from their AI observability investments by acting as a technical expert and trusted advisor.

In Short

• Drive successful onboarding experiences for customers.
• Build strong relationships with data science and ML engineering teams.
• Lead technical engagements and ensure customer feedback influences product strategy.
• Master Fiddler’s platform and help customers operationalize observability best practices.
• Write custom integration code for customer data ecosystems.
• Build integration patterns to reduce time-to-value for new customers.
• Identify new ways Fiddler can provide impact and drive renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (AI/ML focus) or related field with 5-7+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Collaborative mindset across cross-functional teams.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and ownership.
