Customer Solutions Architect - Remote

In Short

• Support pre- and post-sales engagements as a technical advisor.
• Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical product presentations.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.
• Develop solution designs and integration plans.
• Manage technical evaluations and Proof of Concept (POC) execution.
• Provide post-sales support and guide customers through solution utilization.
• Conduct technical QBRs and support ongoing customer engagement.
• Track customer adoption and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for improvements.
• Advocate for customer needs internally.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering.
• Experience with enterprise software and cybersecurity solutions.
• Must have federal level clearance or be clearable.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT and security architectures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.
