Overview

As the Account Executive, Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling our technology solutions to the commercial industry. You will work in a "land and expand" model, identifying new opportunities, establishing relationships, and expanding existing accounts.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on the commercial industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target customers.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.
  • Meet with key decision-makers to understand their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Lead presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Implement a “land and expand” approach for account growth.
  • Understand procurement processes and funding cycles.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Manage a sales pipeline to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Commercial sales.
  • Demonstrated success in a "land and expand" sales model.
  • Ability to create pipeline through own efforts.
  • Deep understanding of customer procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
