Director of Innovation and Customer Marketing - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Innovation and Customer Marketing Leader who can deeply understand our platform capabilities, identify market need and opportunities, build and drive customer advocacy programs, and translate technical innovation into compelling value propositions that drive awareness and demand.

• Lead innovation and architecture for Hypori's virtual mobile workspace.
• Analyze enterprise mobility management trends and develop competitive intelligence.
• Manage analyst relations to drive influence across relevant themes.
• Develop segmented value propositions for key verticals.
• Create marketing assets, including whitepapers and explainer videos.
• Collaborate with executives and product management to showcase platform capabilities.
• Build and execute a scalable customer advocacy program.
• Design and execute account-based marketing campaigns.
• Communicate complex technical differentiators to executive audiences.
• Contribute to thought leadership in zero-trust mobility.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in product, customer, and technology marketing roles.
• Demonstrated success in marketing emerging technology solutions.
• Experience developing customer marketing strategies for regulated products.
• Strong understanding of mobile security architectures and enterprise mobility challenges.
• Experience with go-to-market strategies requiring technical and business-level messaging.
• Ability to translate complex technical differentiators into clear business value.
• Experience creating messaging frameworks across multiple industries.
• Track record of successful collaboration with sales teams.
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Background in cybersecurity or virtual desktop infrastructure is a plus.
