Overview

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Director, Customer Marketing to join the Marketing team. This role will report to the Vice President, Customer & Integrated Marketing.

• Define, own and execute Sprout’s customer marketing strategy.
• Evangelize the voice of the customer across the business.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of customer marketers.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Customer Experience leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer marketing.
• 3+ years demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proven success as a communicator and relationship builder.
