Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience as a Marketing Director.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in e-commerce.
• Strategic and data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to manage budgets.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
• Experience in Direct to Consumer is a bonus.
