Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise level software systems.
• 4+ years of experience managing high performing engineering teams.
• 4+ years of experience delivering engineering projects and initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive strategic change within engineering teams.
• Experience with distributed applications and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with data systems like Elasticsearch, MySQL, HBase.
• Experience programming in Java, Python, C#, or C++.
