Overview

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Global Leaves and Benefits Specialist for the Total Rewards team.

In Short

• Oversee the entire leave lifecycle from initial request to return-to-work.
• Manage global leave programs ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Provide support for employees and managers navigating leaves.
• Monitor and interpret leave legislation globally.
• Partner with external vendors to administer benefit plans.
• Support annual benefits renewals and vendor implementations.
• Ensure accurate Workday data related to benefits and leaves.
• Drive continuous improvement of benefits experience.
• Manage incoming leave requests to meet established SLAs.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in U.S. leave laws and global leave requirements.
• Experience administering global leave and benefits programs.
• Empathy and a customer-first mindset.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Strong vendor management and project management skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR/benefits administration.
• Knowledge of U.S. leave regulations.
• Strong communication skills.
