Overview

The Global Benefits Specialist supports the design, implementation, and administration of global benefits programs, ensuring that offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s goals.

• Assist in designing and implementing global benefits programs.
• Work with the Global Benefits Manager to adapt programs to regional needs.
• Analyze benefits data and metrics to provide insights.
• Prepare reports to highlight trends and program effectiveness.
• Act as a point of contact to external vendors.
• Support in negotiations during renewals and contract changes.
• Provide direct support to employees regarding benefits options.
• Monitor compliance with benefits regulations.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Support the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in US benefits administration.
• 2+ years in a global or regional role preferred.
• Experience with HCM platforms, such as Dayforce preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret benefits data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
