Overview

As a Global Benefits Specialist at StackAdapt, you will be responsible for administering and enhancing our global benefits, including health and welfare, wellness programs, and time off policies.

In Short

• Responsible for full-cycle benefits administration.
• Manage data entry and file management workflows in HRIS systems.
• Participate in annual renewal and open enrollment processes.
• Develop and deliver educational materials on benefit offerings.
• Provide support for employee benefits-related inquiries.
• Maintain benefits policies regarding leave of absence and disability management.
• Audit and process benefits invoices timely.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience focused on benefits administration.
• Experience in benefits management in EMEA and APAC.
• Strong analytical skills, especially in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
