Senior Global Benefits Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a member of the People team at GOAT Group, you will play an indispensable part in cultivating an environment where all employees can thrive by managing the company’s non-U.S. benefits and leave management programs.

In Short

• Administer and manage all non-U.S. benefits programs.
• Partner with benefits consultants and HR Business Partners.
• Enhance global benefits program based on feedback and compliance.
• Regularly meet with benefits brokers and external vendors.
• Maintain international benefits calendar and lead renewal processes.
• Administer and audit global employee benefits programs.
• Develop international benefits expertise.
• Own the leave of absence program.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee audits.
• Create standard operating procedure documents for benefits programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of global benefits plans and leave programs.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Problem-solving skills for complex benefits issues.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with UKG and/or ADP Lyric is a plus.
