Staff Data Analyst - Remote

Grailed is looking for a Staff Data Analyst / Data Scientist to drive personalization, recommendation, and product marketplace improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in data science, analytics, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in a data or quantitative role.
• Experience in e-commerce or fashion domains is a plus.
• Expertise in SQL and Python is required.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Ability to mentor and develop teammates.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is preferred.
• Ongoing learning and relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Git and collaborative code development preferred.
