Overview

As a Staff Data Analyst at Pearl, you'll be instrumental in building robust data analytics infrastructure and driving data-informed decisions that impact our clinical outcomes and P&L.

In Short

• Translate company goals into strategy and operations through quantitative analyses.
• Own design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines in Snowflake & dbt.
• Establish best-in-class data architectures for scalable and reliable data.
• Manage ambiguity while working with cross-functional teams on projects.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Product to create actionable insights.
• Contribute to the data analytics roadmap and strategy.
• Evaluate new data technologies and tools for team enhancement.
• Mentor other data analysts on analytical techniques.
• Establish standards and guidelines for analytical workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in delivering business analytics.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, PySpark, and DBT.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Terraform is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud architectures.
• Healthcare or insurance experience preferred.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on building analytical systems.
