Requirements

• 8+ years of analytics experience, ideally in Digital Health or SaaS.
• 6+ years working with executive leadership and product leaders.
• 8+ years focused on customer growth and lifecycle optimization.
• 6+ years managing data products for business impact.
• 8+ years expertise in big data technologies (e.g., Redshift, S3).
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, and Statistics.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong communication skills and strategic thinking.
