Principal Product Scientist - Remote

Overview

The Principal Product Scientist will drive the intersection of science, data, and product strategy to deliver personalized, impactful, data-driven experiences. This role partners closely with product managers, designers, analytics, scientists and engineers to shape product direction through advanced experimentation, personalization frameworks, and applied data science.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product science or data science.
• Expertise in statistical methods and experimentation design.
• Proven track record in building personalization systems.
• Strong product intuition and data translation skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python/R.
• Background in product management.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Effective communication skills for non-technical audiences.
