Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing Health Plans team, supporting outreach efforts, coordinating deal progression activities under the guidance of senior team members, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure launch execution.

In Short

  • Support the identification and prioritization of new partnership opportunities with health plans.
  • Partner with senior team members to advance deals through the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with legal and senior leaders to navigate contracting processes.
  • Champion the execution of partnership strategies.
  • Assist with the evaluation and development of opportunities with channel partners.
  • Engage with finance and actuarial teams for pricing model development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap by sharing customer insights.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in health tech or health plan sales.
  • Experience supporting business development or sales efforts with health plans.
  • Strong understanding of payer business models.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort operating independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
