Product Specialist - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a curious, systems-minded Product Specialist to sit at the intersection of our clients and our R&D organization. This is a high-leverage role: you'll serve as the primary expert for inbound product support requests — owning resolution end-to-end — and you'll use what you learn to build the tools and knowledge systems that make our entire organization smarter and faster over time.

In Short

• Serve as the first line of response for inbound product support requests.
• Independently investigate and resolve product issues.

• Design self-service tools leveraging AI to reduce ticket volume.

• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role at a technology company.
• Strong analytical instincts and communication skills.
• High ownership of problem resolution.

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
