In Short

• Serve as the primary product subject matter expert for assigned business units.
• Act as the first point of contact for product issues, quality inquiries, and returns.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of external product and marketing information.
• Gather and communicate market intelligence to support portfolio prioritization.
• Support new product development and commercialization efforts.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in engineering technology, design technology, business, or a related technical field required.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• One to three years of experience in product support or related roles.
• Experience with PowerBI, database management, and light programming is a plus.
• Minimal travel (approximately 5–10%).
