In Short

  • Develop relationships with industry influencers including P/HVAC wholesale distributors, national accounts, contractor/installers, equipment manufacturers, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve strategic sales goals.
  • Drive growth of P/HVAC product sales through training and sales enablement.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to expand market presence and strengthen relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the U.S. wholesale market.
  • Coordinate and attend industry tradeshows.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Participate in pricing negotiations and purchasing agreements.
  • Implement a sales tracker for new product launches.
  • Travel 70% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, engineering technology, or a related field.
  • Seven to ten years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, product management, or a related field.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office suite and CRM.
