You will drive commercial expansion in the US across both public and private sectors. In this role, you will directly support the Country Manager with market entry, building a strong sales pipeline, and acquiring lighthouse and reference customers. You will work closely with Delivery and Product teams, as well as our Germany-based Global Hub.

Together with you, we want to further advance this vision and revolutionize the world of rules and laws.

In Short

  • Hands-on Business Development & Direct Sales focused on Private Sector (B2B); experience in Public Sector is a plus
  • Support market entry in the US: building pipeline, customer base, and market presence
  • Act as the operational “right hand” of the Country Manager
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions
  • Execute local business development strategies to scale SaaS portfolio
  • Acquire new customers through direct sales and targeted account development
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships
  • Build a strong network of customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a partner ecosystem in coordination with headquarters
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management
  • Experience in the Private Sector is required; SaaS/tech background preferred
  • Understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and digital transformation
  • Strong closing mindset and strategic thinking in customer development
  • Confident communication on C-level and excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience with agile working methods and modern collaboration models
  • High level of ownership and motivation to take responsibility
  • Language skills: English (C2), additional languages are a plus
