Overview

As Senior Manager, Growth Solutions you will sit at the center of Pearl Health’s commercial engine, helping translate strategy into execution for our most complex and impactful provider partnerships.

In Short

• Lead execution of complex provider deals from mid-funnel through close.
• Serve as a senior, customer-facing partner and subject matter expert.
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, product, operations, legal, and marketing.
• Build and refine internal tools and sales enablement resources.
• Partner with growth operations and legal to streamline workflows.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional work streams for enterprise accounts.
• Surface customer feedback to drive improvements in go-to-market approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or growth.
• Experience supporting complex sales and partnership deal cycles.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Healthcare or health-tech experience preferred.
• Strong communicator with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Analytical, data-informed approach.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000.
• Eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and equity options.
