• 9+ years of experience in data analytics required.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools.

• Bonus skills include experience with Python and data tools.

Requirements

• 9+ years of full-time experience using data for insights.
• 6+ years at a high-growth technology startup.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools like Metabase or Looker.
• Curiosity and analytical follow-through.
• Self-starter mentality with ability to prioritize.
• Motivated by Headway’s mission.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, or dbt is a plus.
• Fluency in Python or similar for analysis is beneficial.
• Prior experience in Operations or as an Operations Analyst is a bonus.
