Overview

The Manager, Finance at GOAT Group will lead the finance team in managing the company's financial profile, facilitating strategic decision-making through analysis, reporting, and long-range planning.

• Partner with teams to create financial reviews for executives.
• Support the financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting process.
• Identify risks and opportunities, providing financial insights for decision making.
• Act as a business partner to executives and senior management.
• Perform month-end variance analyses in collaboration with various teams.
• Manage budgets for key functional teams.
• Develop financial reports to reflect business evolution.
• Support investor relations and board presentations.
• Assist with corporate development projects like M&A.
• Conduct ad-hoc strategic analyses across the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
• Familiarity with Technology, E-commerce, and Marketplace business models.
• Resilience and flexibility in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Understanding of accounting operations and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Strong ownership of work product.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Curiosity to understand all business aspects.
• Exposure to NetSuite or similar accounting systems is a plus.
• Mastery in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL exposure is a plus.
