Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance Manager at Xplor will oversee financial processes, manage reconciliations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations while contributing to a supportive team environment.

In Short

• Manage month-end processes including accruals and prepayments
• Handle intercompany processes and funding movements
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
• Review payroll and ensure accurate coding
• Assist in preparation of financial statements for local filing
• Collaborate with FP&A to understand financial performance
• Manage external/internal auditor requests
• Review indirect tax returns and reconciliations
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support compliance with financial data for regulatory entities

Requirements

• Fully qualified AAT, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
• Strong analytical skills and experience with complex reconciliations
• Experience in preparing statutory accounts
• Ability to manage external audits under tight deadlines
• Comfortable with ambiguity and complex environments
