Overview

The Manager, CRM will drive seller communications for GOAT Group's global reselling app, managing cross-channel campaigns to enhance engagement and retention.

In Short

• Manage seller messaging across owned channels (Email, Push, IAM).
• Understand seller motivations and user personas.
• Become an in-house expert on seller behavior.
• Oversee A/B testing and quarterly planning.
• Collaborate on data-driven content and strategies.
• Establish campaign health checks against KPIs.
• Present actionable insights biweekly.
• Strategize campaigns for scalable execution.
• Manage documentation and process improvement.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of lifecycle/CRM experience.
• Strong background in growth marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Braze and Iterable.
• Comfort with technical and regulatory marketing aspects.
• Ability to think critically on behalf of users.
• Data-driven and organized with project management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Intermediate knowledge in HTML/CSS.
• Collaborative and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in markets outside of North America.
