Senior Benefits Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Wonderful Company is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Specialist to join the Total Rewards team. This role will be responsible for member outreach, claim escalations, communications, and education, while assisting with global group benefits programs.

In Short

• Manage inquiries received via the benefits email inbox.
• Execute employee education during the annual open enrollment process.
• Intervene and manage employee claim escalations.
• Run daily benefits processing and new hire enrollments.
• Identify and resolve problems in HRIS and benefits platforms.
• Tailor benefit communications across a diverse workforce.
• Lead distribution and updates to benefits materials.
• Respond to employee eligibility and medical insurance questions.
• Manage health promotion and wellness programs.
• Prepare and analyze reports for benefits administration.

Requirements

• 5 years of business experience in HR or related field.
• 2 years of benefits experience required.
• Experience in a large organization (1,000+ employees).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of HR software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
