Principal Database Administrator (Oracle Apps) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Database Administrator to lead the administration and optimization of our Oracle Cloud and on-premise environments, managing critical enterprise applications and databases.

In Short

• Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Install and support Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and Oracle Databases.
• Manage Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager.
• Perform patch management activities for applications and databases.
• Monitor and optimize database and application performance.
• Collaborate with teams for functional configurations and data migrations.
• Support Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication.
• Participate in IT service management processes.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage cloud operations and Pure Storage SAN infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Database 12c/19c, SQL, and Linux.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Linux and virtualization technologies.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
• Experience in cloud-hosted environments.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
