The Wonderful Company is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to help drive operational excellence across some of the most recognized brands in the industry, including FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, and Wonderful Pistachios. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations while fostering an environment grounded in clear communication, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
You’ll have the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives—from developing and delivering training programs to coaching teams on Lean methodologies and PDCA projects. With exposure to high-profile business units and a strong culture of innovation, this position offers a chance to make a tangible difference in process efficiency, team performance, and long-term growth across multiple locations.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
