Continuous Improvement Coordinator and Trainer - Remote

The Wonderful Company is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to help drive operational excellence across some of the most recognized brands in the industry, including FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, and Wonderful Pistachios. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations while fostering an environment grounded in clear communication, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives—from developing and delivering training programs to coaching teams on Lean methodologies and PDCA projects. With exposure to high-profile business units and a strong culture of innovation, this position offers a chance to make a tangible difference in process efficiency, team performance, and long-term growth across multiple locations.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

In Short

• Trains, coaches and challenges process owners in the use of lean and statistical tools.
• Facilitates team use of Lean Tools, including Kaizen and 5S.
• Manages logistics associated with all WOW training requirements.
• Develops and implements office policies and procedures.
• Facilitates organizational and cross-departmental Business Improvement Events/Offsites.
• Maintains relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Assists with creating presentations and communication materials.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Travel primarily within California with occasional travel to other locations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in an operations or training role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities and systems.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and planning skills.
• Treats others with respect and follows through with commitments.
