The Continuous Improvement Manager at Fortune Brands Innovations will lead initiatives to enhance operational and business excellence for external customers across the United States and Canada.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building trades.
• Ability to coach and influence at all organizational levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong drive for process improvement.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
