Overview

The Senior Manager of PMO & Continuous Improvement is responsible for continuous improvement, project coaching, and governance, all aligned with delivering initiatives that achieve strategic goals.

In Short

  • Develop a robust project management framework with quarterly and annual review cycles.
  • Guide process progression through the framework.
  • Monitor portfolio health and provide status reports to leadership.
  • Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and Continuous Improvement Team.
  • Mentor and coach project managers and business analysts.
  • Implement standardized project management and business analysis practices.
  • Oversee project methodology, resource management, and risk management.
  • Ensure effective governance and delivery of projects.
  • Provide enterprise updates on project portfolio performance.
  • Engage with senior leaders to gather requirements and develop business cases.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years' experience in Project Management.
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic alignment with a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communicator with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Highly developed skills in large-scale stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, DevOps, Prince2, and Agile.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
