Project Manager - Capital & Continuous Improvement - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager - Capital & Continuous Improvement is responsible for leading the development and implementation of Operational Excellence processes across all manufacturing locations, working closely with operations leadership and continuous improvement teams.

In Short

• Lead development of operational excellence continuous improvement model.
• Develop tools and metrics for performance reporting.
• Roll out CI training programs like 5S, Kaizen, etc.
• Manage capital projects for equipment improvements.
• Research and develop new CI training materials.
• Provide feedback on goals and oversee program implementation.
• Conduct review meetings with CI teams.
• Communicate corporate-wide OE/CI initiatives.
• Collaborate across functional areas for effectiveness.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CI tools and training.
• Capital and project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT; Minitab preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent change management and interpersonal skills.
• Coaching and people development abilities.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and KPIs.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
