Overview

The Associate Billing Analyst will manage invoice submissions and resolve issues related to e-billing in a corporate law environment, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• Associate degree or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• 1+ years of e-billing experience in a corporate law department or law firm.
• Knowledge of legal billing and Middleware systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with BillBlast and LEDES billing formats.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills at all management levels.
