Billing Associate - Remote

Overview

The billing team is responsible for developing and executing the billing process for all of the services we provide to our advisory clients. As a Billing Associate, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly and quarterly billing cycles while driving continuous improvement of our billing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in financial services billing.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience manipulating large datasets using Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellence in written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter mentality with a track record of process improvement.
• Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with client-service orientation.
