In Short

• Entry-level position for someone seeking exposure to the social impact sphere.
• Supports the administrative needs of a portfolio of client projects.
• Manages incoming requests and communications for clients via phone and email.
• Schedules and attends client meetings, takes notes, and ensures follow-up.
• Conducts research and maintains a database in AirTable or Google Sheets.
• Helps draft, revise, and format client reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence.
• Ensures work meets Impactual’s quality control standards.
• Takes on special projects, especially around event production.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in AirTable and Google Sheets.
