Document Production Associate (Primarily Remote - 2nd Shift)

Overview

The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients, primarily in a remote setting.

In Short

• Utilize logs and tracking software for document production work.
• Thoroughly assess job requests and complete tasks throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform document production, proofreading, and workflow coordination.
• Use established procedures to edit and complete document requests.
• Demonstrate proficiency with necessary technology and software.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job concerns.
• Meet deadlines for service delivery to clients.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware issues.
• Foster a proactive service enhancement environment.
• Perform quality assurance on work as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of document production experience.
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to handle confidential documents.
• Good problem-solving skills and judgment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
