AR Billing Associate - Remote

Overview

This position is fully remote and available for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. The AR Billing Associate will manage invoices, customer service, and collections while reporting to the AR Manager.

In Short

• Create invoices and maintain customer details in NetSuite ERP and Excel.
• Research and reconcile customer orders, billing, and payments.
• Facilitate resolution of Customer’s Claims and Deductions.
• Conduct collection activities and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in Order to Cash Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Assist in general financial management and analysis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Work in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.
• Full-time position with potential for overtime.

Requirements

• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Excel.
