Continuous Improvement Manager (m/f/d), Transactional Processes - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager (m/f/d), Transactional Processes who leads the analysis and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the organization. You are responsible for identifying areas of inefficiency, developing strategies to enhance productivity, and measuring the success of improvement efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable changes that align with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring a culture of excellence and ongoing development.

In Short

• Drive the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement projects.
• Create and facilitate multi-day kaizen events & CI workshops.
• Proficient in facilitating process mapping, 5S, VSM, and standard work projects.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement via idea generation.
• Analyze data against KPI’s to highlight trends.
• Act as a change agent and mentor employees.
• Perform root cause analysis processes.
• Engage others in support of CI projects.
• Responsible for CI metrics at the site.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification in progress or completed.
• Achieved Lean Apprentice status and Gold Lean Practitioner level.
• Experience in planning and facilitating workshops and training events.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• Proficient in using tools for data presentation and reporting.
