CI Specialist / Continuous Improvement Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced CI Specialist / Continuous Improvement Business Partner who is responsible for managing the overall execution of strategies that support and drive Xylem’s Lean transformation and are focused on improving our value proposition to the customer while delivering significant financial results to the bottom line.

In Short

• Lead CI implementation, standardization, and consistency across multiple sites.
• Deliver Training and Coaching to teams and colleagues.
• Work with sites business leads to support their priorities.
• Proactively identify and communicate areas for operational and strategic improvement.
• Mentor and coach in process mapping, 5S, VSM, etc.
• Analyze current and past trends in KPI’s.
• Create and finalize standard work documents and best practices.
• Exemplify our Growth Enabling Behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business (Master’s Degree Preferred).
• Lean Certification or Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Preferred).
• 5-10 years of industry experience in a lean / continuous improvement organization.
• Expert knowledge of lean business system implementation.
• Demonstrated know-how in Lean Management and Continuous Improvement Management.
• Ability to apply Lean methodologies in non-manufacturing environments.
• Proven record of financial data management.
• Excellent Presentation and Project Management skills.
