The Continuous Improvement Specialist - Manufacturing role is designed to a leading role in supporting the founding and scaling of early customer acquisition in the local region.

  • Conduct in-depth, onsite assessments with plant managers and technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with local manufacturing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal AI solution specialists to design tailored AI applications.

  • Analyze and present potential financial and operational benefits of AI implementation.
  • Provide hands-on support during the deployment of AI-powered solutions.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies for sustainable process improvements.
  • Guide clients through the AI deployment process.
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI and manufacturing technologies.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of regional manufacturing clients.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience engaging with plant managers and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Ability to analyze and present ROI for AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
