In Short

Design and build software systems for IT focusing on IaaS and HPC engineering principles.
Collaborate with SRE and SD teams to implement mission-critical systems.
Map existing workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct thorough root cause analyses and gather operational data.
Lead CI projects from scoping through implementation to post-evaluation.
Support change management efforts to ensure adoption of improvements.
Promote a continuous improvement culture through coaching and workshops.
Reduce operational costs and improve product/service quality.
Enhance customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient systems.
Foster a culture of belonging and empowerment within the team.

Requirements

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in infrastructure software engineering or DevOps roles.
Proven experience with IaaS platforms and HPC environments.
Strong software engineering background with a focus on system architecture.
Expertise in workflow optimization methodologies.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
Advanced Python programming for automation and data analysis.
Experience with Tableau and Snowflake for data visualization.
Collaborative design experience using tools like Miro.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
