Continuous Improvement Expert - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Expert to join our Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement team at the site in Le Pont de Claix, part of the Pharmaceutical Systems Business Unit. This position is essential for developing and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and performance, as well as promoting continuous improvement across our site.

In Short

• Assist in deploying the production system and BDPS (Becton Dickinson Production System).
• Teach the concepts and systematic approach of BDPS, providing training on the system and methodologies.
• Engage a community of internal leaders regularly to promote BDPS.
• Prepare and conduct internal BDPS audits.
• Support the implementation of site strategy and tools for performance management.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and generate a portfolio of opportunities called Cost to Win (CTW).
• Contribute to building business cases for improvement opportunities.
• Help manage priorities and resource challenges through effective road mapping.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in engineering or equivalent.
• Previous experience in project management and operational roles in manufacturing.
• Understanding of the interaction between operational excellence and customer service.
• Operational English proficiency.
• Ability to develop convincing financial analyses for resource investments.
• Experience with TPM is desirable.
