Training Coordinator Internship - Remote

Overview

This internship position involves contributing to the training department at the Pont-de-Claix site, collaborating with various managers and internal and external stakeholders to support the deployment of the training plan.

• Assist in organizing training sessions and managing relationships with providers
• Support the development of the training offer and data recording
• Participate in financing application processes with OPCA
• Manage onboarding and integration of new employees
• Contribute to professional interview implementation and analysis

• Handle administrative tasks related to the function

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Training Design
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Curious and adaptable with a quick learning ability
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Aptitude for conceptualizing and formalizing communication messages
• Good level of English preferred but not mandatory
