Overview

As a Training Coordinator at Netflix House, you will support the training and development of the Crew to ensure they best serve our Fans/Guests, blending prioritization skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational training experience.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-facing environments.
